New Features and Enhancements
🟨 The "Sales order summary archive" report is now available. This report provides the same information as the "Sales order summary" report, except it only includes data that is more than two years old. In the near future, the "Sales order summary archive" report will allow the limiting of the data that the standard report needs to retrieve, improving the overall performance of the report. (1039382).
🟪 The logic used for sequencing picks on a "pick and sort to trolley" action has been improved, and a related issue has been resolved. If multiple products and orders need to be picked from the same location, the operator is now guided through the process in a more logical and consistent manner. This results in a more efficient pick sequence for warehouses that use large multi-SKU locations. (977369, 1036030)
The functionalities affected by those changes are explained below:
If all items to be picked are at a single location, the operator is now guided to pick every item for one order before picking items in the next order. This ensures that when the operator is instructed to take a quantity of the product from the pick location, they can put those product quantities into a single bin on the trolley, without having to count and sort the correct quantity across multiple bins.
The first order that the operator is directed to pick from that location has the lowest pick index. As a result, the operator does not need to move "backwards" on the picking trolley.
Multiple products picked for the same order from the same location are picked in alphabetical sequence using the product name.
Note: The above changes do not affect items picked from different locations. In this case, the system continues to use the location sequence as the primary sort condition.
🟪 Several key performance improvements have been made to the action creation process. (1053651)
🟪 The new, upcoming dashboard screens have been modified to improve both clarity and consistency. (1039187, 1059260)
