Version 4.4.0.0

NEW FEATURES

• Release of new Returns process for the Web application and the Client application.

• Release of new User Login process, with on-line Control panel for administration of Software licensing and purchasing.

• Release of Integration module for Keystone's KHAOS Control

• Release of new iPhone Stock Control App on the Apple AppStore, with a new iPhone Web Service to access hosted client systems.

WEB APPLICATION FEATURES

• User defined search columns for information displayed on each Tab Web Page. Users can define what fields they want to display to select Product item types, Suppliers, Customers, Carriers, Orders etc., rather than the standard key fields used in previous versions.

• New Supplier contact details so that Warehouse staff can record a contact name, number and address to resolve issues over Goods received.

• Record Expected delivery date for Purchase Order line items to provide pre-advice on split deliveries for a Purchase order.

• Introduced new quarantine use type for locations to place stock on hold or quarantined. Moving stock to one of these new location types will reduce quantity available for these items, and vice-versa, moving stock back from these locations to pick and bulk locations will increase quantity available. This is beneficial when goods received need to be inspected before they can be released to be picked.

• Provided deletion of User-defined Removal Reasons.

• Changed the column order in the Sales Order Allocation screen to Qty.Order, Qty.Picked, Currently Allocated, Amount, Total Available. Also introduced a de-allocate and allocate button to replace the de-allocate tick box.

STOCK TAKE FEATURES

• There are new improvements to the Stock Take process with the introduction of the option on the Client application to specify if the Stock take on a location is complete.

• A Stock take on a location remains open until a person selects to complete the blind count on the Client application.

• Until completion, a Stock take on a location can not be approved or rejected.

• Users are unable to move, pick or remove items from a Stock Take location until the Stock Take is approved or rejected.

• More than one person can perform a Stock take on a location, and the variance report for the location shows the sum of all stock counted.

• The Stock take history is grouped by approval date.

REPORT FEATURES

• New Reports added.to provide Sales Order Update history, and Stock take information by location, location use type, and location type.

• Single level grouping in the Reports Tab Web Page.

INTEGRATION FEATURES

• This version provides new integration features to import and export Common Separated Value (CSV) directly into the Warehouse management system using the Web application. Upload and download screens prompt for the files to load or save via the web browser. Use Integration templates to pre-define the layout of information in the files, and map this to the fields used to store information in the WMS. Now, files can be manually loaded using the Web application or by File Transfer Protocol (FTP) over the internet.

• In addition to existing integration modules for SAGE X3, and Actinix, the version includes the new integration Module for Keystone's KHAOS Control. The integration modules automatically import customer sales order and purchase order information for picking and receiving goods, and automatically push back stock levels to these systems on adjustments to stock in the Warehouse. The additional use of Peoplevox's Warehouse Management Web Service allow external software to push information into the WMS Database programmatically.

• The Web Service has been extended with two new methods to provide stock availability changes, and sales order status changes. The new stock availability method provides positive or negative adjustments to stock quantity by individual transaction, so that external systems can receive stock figures either by individual adjustments or by total stock level quantities.
