Signing in to the web application
When you start to use the PVX warehouse management system, you will be provided with a client ID, a username and an initial password by your system administrator.
Use your Internet browser to navigate to https://wms.peoplevox.net/<CLIENT ID>. Depending on your region, you may need to use https://ap.peoplevox.net or https://na.peoplevox.net.
You will see the Sign In screen.
Press the Log In button to launch the authentication screen.
Enter the login Username that you have been given.
After entering your Username, press the Next to enter your Password.
Try these solutions if you have problems:
If you have trouble logging in to PVX, first check that you have typed the username and password correctly. Do not copy and paste passwords, but type them manually.
Check that caps lock is not turned on by mistake.
There is no limit on the number of attempts to log in; your account will not be blocked due to failed login attempts.
If you forget your password at any time or it needs to be changed for another reason, contact your system administrator or email support@peoplevox.com. Include your client ID and username.
Multi-factor authentication
Web application logins support multi-factor authentication (MFA) for increased security. When you log in to the web application using the method above, you will be prompted to select your method of authentication:
Three methods are supported:
By using an authenticator app, you will scan a QR code into your authenticator. On your next log in, your authenticator will provide you with an additional code to enter during the sign-in screen.
Selecting text message will prompt you to enter a mobile number to which an SMS message will be sent, containing a code to use.
Selecting email will prompt you to enter an email address to which the second-factor code will be sent.
After selecting a method, and next time you log in, you will be prompted to enter the code sent to you via your chosen method:
If you wish to make changes, such as using an alternative method or changing phone number/email address, check the Manage Verification Methods upon Sign-in checkbox. This will present the management screen again to allow you to choose your preferred method.
Please note the following:
Multi-factor authentication is required for any web application administrator roles. Please ensure that administrators set up multi-factor authentication for increased security.
Multi-factor authentication is only supported for web app logins. Users that operate entirely on the mobile device will not need multi-factor authentication, thus will not need to provide an email / phone number.
Integrations are not affected by multi-factor authentication. If you are an integration partner that works with multiple Peoplevox accounts, the only change you will see is if you log into the application via the web application.
After completing a second-factor authentication challenge, you will not be prompted for another challenge on the same device for the next 7 days.
After you log in
After logging in successfully, the default screen is Inbound goods > Suppliers.
For more details, using the web application, refer to web app overview for additional information on how to use tabs and navigate the web app.
