Note: As we push forward with migrating screens to use the new web app styling, we will be moving the older versions of those screens to legacy mode. They will still be available for the immediate future, but we encourage you to use the new versions of the following screens where possible, and submit feedback so that we can ensure that the new screens meet all of your needs before the legacy screens are switched off in the future:

New Features and Enhancements

🟪 The new reporting screens are now entering beta and are available for users that want to try them out early. The new reporting experience is largely consistent with the previous functionality, although we have fixed several bugs as part of the style update. For example, problems with being disconnected from the reporting engine and some rare presentation issues with white space in certain report columns. The new screens also allow you to search for specific report columns when selecting the columns to be displayed on a report, and saved user reports will now also indicate which system report they're based on, in case you need to make another copy. We will be continuing to refine a few minor improvements to the new screens over the coming weeks, so please try them out and let us know what you think (745000).

🟪 Extended the Move function on the mobile device to help improve the put away process for containers. When moving a container, you can now ask the system to find an empty location into which you can put the container. Tapping the magnifying glass next to the "To location" opens a list of all available locations, and from here you can filter that with a new option at the top to display only empty locations (1002015).

🟪 Improved the performance of the removed items report to return results much more quickly than previously (968195).

Resolved Issues

🟩 Reverted a change related to pick sequencing when using a pick and sort to trolley action to pick multiple products for multiple orders. The change inadvertently resulted in those picks being grouped by item rather than by order, which proved to be less efficient. In a future release, we plan to implement a change here that will maintain that order-based grouping of picks, but also introduce a more consistent and predictable sorting for the picks within each of those orders (1029752).

🟩 Fixed a performance issue with the web app despatch workflow that could cause the system to become less responsive when handling orders that contained very frequently used kit products (1007306).

🟩 UPDATE - Fixed an issue with the web app sales orders page that could prevent users from making modifications to the order or manually allocating it. This issue manifested in situations where one or more products on the order contained some HTML tags in the product description. The screen now correctly handles those tags and allows the order to be manipulated and allocated (1025764).
