Happy New Year from everyone at Peoplevox!
This first release of 2020 will push out a number of minor changes that we made over the peak period, and also lay the groundwork for some upcoming improvements to our deployment process and our milestone projects for Q1 (take a look at the product blog here for a quick summary of what we have planned).
Enhancements
- Optimised one of the processes responsible for synchronising stock take variance reports from Android, to help with overall system performance (22913).
- We are deploying some diagnostic tools to help capture additional information and performance metrics around the despatch process (20978).
- Some background infrastructure changes to support the upcoming reporting improvements (22755, 22757).
Bugfixes
- Fixed a bug that could cause the Android app to crash if it lost connection while updating settings from the server (22587).
- Fixed a bug that could cause the Android app to crash after modifying or removing service types from carriers (22665).
- Fixed a rare bug with the background allocation mechanism that could occasionally cause allocation to be delayed (22733).
