Highlights
🟨 Web app grid columns can now be resized (1298681)
This release includes an update to all web app grids on the new UI, including those in reporting, to support manual resizing. You can now drag columns to change their width if you need more space to see either the column header or contents:
New Features and Enhancements
🟪 We have extended the mobile settings page on the PVX+ app with a new option to send feedback. Previously, it was only possible to send feedback from the PVX app or from certain error and crash pages. This new button will allow mobile operators to better report problems with the PVX+ app even if they do not result in a crash. (1280621)
🟪 We have clarified the wording on the mobile put away prompts to better indicate that multiple locations or containers can be scanned during a put away action. (1269483)
Resolved Issues
🟩 We resolved an issue that occasionally caused some actions to be duplicated. (1299316)
🟩 We resolved an issue with action creation that could lead to incorrect picking sequences when batching several multi-item orders for the same product. (1299376)
🟩 We resolved an issue that prevented put away rules from considering the quantity being moved when calculating volumetric limitations. The quantity is now correctly considered, and volumetric comparisons now use the total cubic volume of the items to be moved, rather than the cubic volume of a single product. (1308987)
Decommissioning Old Screens
With this release, the following screens will be decommissioned, and will no longer be available. We are continuing to work on overall improvements across the new web app UI, and the new versions of these screens will be regularly updated with those improvements.

Mobile Register update
The Register function on mobile will soon be updated to use the new PVX+ app. The functionality of this workflow is not changing, but you will be prompted to download and install the PVX+ app if it is not already installed.
Cycle Count Improvements
We’re working on several improvements to the cycle count process. We would love to hear your feedback on these topics.
🟦 We're working on a new variance approval workflow for the web application. This will allow you to easily search for variances using a new unique reference applied to each one, and to approve or reject those variances on a line-by-line basis. This new workflow will allow you to approve or reject individual item lines while leaving others undecided. It also simplifies the presentation of each variance and clearly distinguishes between item and container variances in a location, so that users can easily see what the impact of approving the variance will be.
🟦 In addition, we already work on an auto-approval mechanism that will allow you to define thresholds for auto-approval based on the total item variance, or a percentage variance, or a total value variance (or any combination of the above). These thresholds will be set at the Site level and are entirely optional. You will be able to enable auto-approval with a variance threshold of zero if you only want to auto-approve variances with no discrepancies.
🟦 We plan to improve the way cycle count actions are displayed on the web application. The current actions pages are geared around pick actions, making many of the fields and columns not applicable to cycle counting. The goal is to introduce screens that are relevant to the specific action type.
Changes to Multi-factor Authentication and Mobile Device Registration
Coming in January 2026, multi-factor authentication will be required for the majority of web app users. MFA is already required for any web app user with permission to manage roles or users, and we are extending that requirement to other web app users as well.
The exception to this requirement will be for web app users that only have permissions related to Returns and/or Despatch. This is intended to ensure that returns and pack bench workstations can continue to operate seamlessly.
Multi-factor authentication codes will not be required for mobile operators, but from January 2026, any new mobile devices accessing the system will first need to be registered via a new web app page coming soon. The intent behind this change is to ensure that only authorized devices are permitted to connect to the system, and to provide administrators with greater control over onboarding and offboarding mobile operators.
This device registration page will also support a number of other functional enhancements, such as assistance to find lost devices, and login audit history.
We will be communicating these changes separately in an upcoming announcement as well.
