WEB APPLICATION FEATURES
• Purchase Order reconciliation report has been added that shows what is outstanding on a Purchase Order.
• When selecting the View Summary on the Purchase tab it will display the quantity received for each Purchase Order item.
• Barcode & Item Name have been added to Item movement history report.
• A report on how many Sales Orders are despatched by day i.e. midnight Sunday to midnight Monday has been added.
• Empty Locations report has been added which means you can find empty locations more easily.
• Ability to Put Away all items from a location, where all item are the same, into multiple locations.
• The Goods In report now displays the Purchase Order number(s) received against it.
• Sales Order details report has been added, showing Order items, item price and the total sum of the sales order items.
• When searching and selecting multiple Purchase Orders, you are able to search for the next Purchase Order without removing the selected Purchase Orders from the previous search.
CLIENT APPLICATION FEATURES
• We have moved the application’s display settings from the device to the server. This means changes to the application can be made without deploying a new version to the device.
• The back button on the last screen of Put Away function on Mobile device is now enabled.
• Show the summary of Put Away, by selecting Option and then Summary on Mobile device.
• When you scan a location in the Search function, the total quantity of all items stored within it is shown at the bottom of the screen.
• The ability to create a new Container while scanning an item on the Put Away function on the mobile device.
• Item count is now shown when scanning items on put away to give the total number you are putting away.
• Optimised barcode scanning of locations with more than 100 items in them which means it takes less time to load.
INTEGRATION FEATURES
• Ability to subscribe to POST method from integration subscription.
• You can now import of Sales Orders that are on hold from Magento and put them on hold in PeopleVox.
• New Subscription event – IncrementalChanges which gives the incremental stock change, specifying the reason for the change.
• New Subscription event - TrackingNumberReceived which notifies about receiving the tracking number from carrier.
BUG FIXES / RESOLVED ISSUES
• Receive on the mobile application: Inventory received by multiple users, under the same goods in reference resulting in a double quantity submission. This issue has been resolved.
