Descartes® is pleased to announce the general availability of the Descartes Peoplevox™ 9.5.0 (175/22) release. This release completes the rollout of the new login experience, and prepares for the upcoming release of the updated UI for locations and location groups on the web application. That release will be an early-access preview to give you an idea of what the overall UI update will look like, and to allow you to provide feedback. If you're interested in being involved in the preview, please reach out via the support desk and we will reach out once it's available.
Enhancements
Enhancement: We've introduced some changes behind the scenes to help us to maintain the relationship between an item that was ordered on a sales order, and the corresponding item in a despatch package. At this stage, the changes won't directly impact your system, but over future releases we will be able to use this groundwork to fix some bugs related to quantity calculations, improve the performance of several reports, and streamline some of the parameters available on the custom document designer module (397410).Enhancement: The new login experience has been fully enabled across all environments. This new workflow allows us to benefit from future security improvements as soon as they become available, including the ability to enable multi-factor authentication for users on your account. We will be publishing some more detailed information about what to expect here shortly (666034).
