Please note that for Clients already migrated to the cloud, you may experience a temporary drop in performance for approximately 5 minutes during each of the following windows:

Release Date (all Clients): Mon 28 October 2019 - 1300-1400 GMT
Action: This update does NOT affect your Live system. This update does not affect the Windows mobile application.
LIVE
Release Date and Time: Check your web application login screen which contains your release details.
Action:
(A) Web app release: You do not need to log out of the system and no other action is required by you as part of the web app release.
(B) Android release: Once we complete the Android release to Live, you will be prompted to update your Android application when you next log in to your Live system. This update does not affect the Windows mobile application.
Please monitor your web app login page for any changes to your planned release window.
