In this release, we are completing some of the final back-end components to support the new print client, automatic cycle count creation, and the new action creation mechanism. We expect to start rolling out those features in the very near future. This release also fixes several bugs and brings the scan function out of beta on mobile.

As we continue the migration of screens to the new web app styling, we will move the older version of each screen to legacy mode. The older versions will remain available for the immediate future, but you are encouraged to use the new screens wherever possible. Also, we welcome your feedback on the new screens. Your input helps us to ensure that the new screens meet your needs before the legacy screens are switched-off at a later date. The new versions of those screens include:
Locations
Location groups
Removals
Sites
Returns
Reports
Dashboards
Thank you to everyone that has provided feedback on these screens so far. Please rest assured that we are reviewing all feedback and have several enhancements planned to implement many of those changes that you have proposed.
Highlights
Scan function on mobile (PVX+)
The Scan function was one of the first features to be released on the PVX+ app, and as we continue to build out new features on PVX+, we want to ensure that everyone has access to it. This is largely a cosmetic change; the Scan function will be made available for everyone that does not currently have it, and the "beta" tag will no longer be displayed. Note that in order to avoid interruption to mobile operator workflows, the feature will not be visible automatically on mobile devices. Administrators can grant access to this function from the roles and permissions tab of the web application. You can find documentation on this feature here. (1233622)
New Features and Enhancements
🟪 We have improved the visual presentation of the carrier integration API key after configuring an integration connection. As before, the key will remain hidden, but it will now be clearer that a key exists and was saved against the connector, rather than appearing to be blank. (1193079)
Resolved Issues
🟩 We have fixed the grouping options available to the From quantity on the Replenishment by Sales Orders report. Previously, only value or count groupings were available. The column now correctly supports standard integer-based aggregation options, including sum and max. (1220258)
🟩 We have resolved an issue that prevented service types updates on shipped orders via CSV from correctly updating the carrier at the despatch level. Previously, the CSV import updated the package-level service but did not update the corresponding carrier, resulting in mismatches that affected downstream integrations. (1220795)
Preview of Changes Coming Soon
New PVX+ navigation menu
We are preparing an updated navigation menu for PVX+. This new navigation will feel familiar to current PVX+ users, while offering a more approachable experience for new users as well. Although it is mostly a visual update, this new navigation will feature its own page on mobile: It will offer a standalone page rather than an overlay of other screens. You can still switch back and forth between the navigation and other activities and the navigation for the standard PVX app will not change. Take a look below, and please reach out via the ideas portal if you have any thoughts or comments about this new approach. We are aiming to release this new UI in the next few weeks, alongside some mobile updates related to cycle counting:
