Descartes® is pleased to announce the general availability of the Descartes Peoplevox™ 23.10-01 release. This is the penultimate release before peak season this year, and includes the integration templates for the new returns authorisation functionality, some smaller bug fixes, and a significant amount of back-end work to prepare for the new return workflow next release.
The new UI beta for the Locations screen is now available for all users. If you would like to try the new UI, please enable the "Preview beta" permission via the Roles tab.
New Features
New Feature: The return authorisation integration templates are now available. From here, you can upload RMAs and RMA item lines. Integration documentation will be available soon under the integration templates section (879411).
Enhancements
Enhancement: Continued back-end development of the new returns and RMA feature. We will have the event subscription components and an end-to-end web returns workflow available for you in the next release, 23.10-02 (735951).
Resolved Issues
Resolved Issue: Fixed an issue that caused some goods receipts to fail during synchronization (600152).
