Please refer to the login page of your web application for the specific deployment dates and times that are relevant to you.
Please note that the following services will be temporarily unavailable during the indicated windows:
- Container creation
- Reporting (via both the web app and API)
- Event subscriptions
- Magento and ChannelAdvisor integrations provided by Peoplevox
Windows:
- QAC - Fri 19 October 0900-0930 BST
- LIVE - Tue 23 October 0700-0730 BST
- LIVE - Wed 24 October 0700-0730 BST
- LIVE - Thu 25 October 0700-0830 BST
- LIVE - Thu 25 October 1600-1630 BST
Note that from this release onward, action creation will no longer be interrupted during these release windows.
Release Type: Android & Web App Update (Not Windows Mobile)
QAC
Release Date: Fri 19 October 2018
Time: 0900-0930 BST
Action: Once we complete the release to QAC, you will be prompted to update your Android application when you log in to QAC. This does NOT affect your Live system. This update does not affect the Windows mobile application.
LIVE
Release Date and Time: Check your web application login screen which contains your release details.
Action:
(A) Web app release: You do not need to log out of the system and no other action is required by you as part of the web app release.
(B) Android release: Once we complete the Android release to Live, you will be prompted to update your Android application when you next log in to your Live system. This update does not affect the Windows mobile application.
Please monitor your web app login page for any changes to your planned release window.
