Please refer to the login page of your web application for the specific deployment dates and times that are relevant to you.
Please note that the following services will be temporarily unavailable during the indicated windows:
- Action creation (we're hoping to make this fully independent from the release windows in the next week or so)
- Container creation
- Reporting (via both the web app and API)
- Event subscriptions
- Magento and ChannelAdvisor integrations provided by Peoplevox

- LIVE - Tue 16 October 0700-0800 BST
- LIVE - Thu 18 October 0700-0800 BST
- LIVE - Thu 18 October 1600-1630 BST
Release Type: Web App Update (Not Android or Windows Mobile)
QAC
Release Date: Fri 12 October 2018
Time: 0900-0930 BST
Action: Once we complete the release to QAC, you will be prompted to update your Android application when you log in to QAC. This does NOT affect your Live system. This update does not affect the Windows mobile application.
LIVE
Release Date and Time: Check your web application login screen which contains your release details.
Action:
(A) Web app release: You do not need to log out of the system and no other action is required by you as part of the web app release.
(B) Android release: There is no need to update your Android app as part of this release.
Please monitor your web app login page for any changes to your planned release window.
