Please refer to the login page of your web application for the specific deployment dates and times that are relevant to you.
Please note that the following services will be temporarily unavailable during the indicated windows:
- Container creation
- Reporting (via both the web app and API)
- Event subscriptions
- Magento and ChannelAdvisor integrations provided by Peoplevox

- QAC - Mon 11 February 1100-1200 GMT
- LIVE - Tue 12 February 0700-0800 GMT
- LIVE - Wed 13 February 0700-0830 GMT
- LIVE - Wed 13 February 1600-1630 GMT
Release Type: Android & Web App Update (Not Windows Mobile)
QAC
Release Date: Mon 11 February 2019
Time: 1100-1200 GMT
Action: Once we complete the release to QAC, you will be prompted to update your Android application when you log in to QAC. This does NOT affect your Live system. This update does not affect the Windows mobile application.
LIVE
Release Date and Time: Check your web application login screen which contains your release details.
Action:
(A) Web app release: You do not need to log out of the system and no other action is required by you as part of the web app release.
(B) Android release: Once we complete the Android release to Live, you will be prompted to update your Android application when you next log in to your Live system. This update does not affect the Windows mobile application.
Please monitor your web app login page for any changes to your planned release window.
