This release includes a new workflow for mobile, allowing for the customization and personalization of goods in between picking and despatch. It also includes general performance improvements in reports and lays groundwork for the upcoming Enhancements to the put away process.

Important: Several changes are coming to the system in April 2024, including those that impact your mobile devices and/or integrations. In particular, mobile devices running a version of Android prior to 7.1 will no longer be compatible with PVX. Please see Coming Soon to make certain you are prepared for these changes.
New Features and Enhancements
🟪 The mobile app now supports a new, flexible workflow for handling products that require a degree of customization, personalization, and/or other work in between the pick and despatch processes. This workflow allows mobile operators to scan a location containing picked items, view information about the required work (held in the order line attributes), and then mark the work complete as well as print a corresponding product label with information from the order item line. 🟪 A new permission has been added for mobile device users. Administrators can now control whether mobile users can change the "auto pick" setting. However, the app will remember the value set for "auto pick" prior to the switch being hidden. (971186)
🟪 The reporting module has been updated to use the new UI and styling. The new reporting screens will be rolled out steadily during the next several weeks. This new reporting UI also addresses several known issues, including the "connecting to reporting engine" message and visual bugs related to text presentation in certain reports. (745000)
🟪 Several enhancements have been implemented to improve the speed and efficiency of commonly used reports. (956204)
🟪 The rollout of the new web app navigation and styling is continuing, which also addresses the issue that can cause users to be logged out of the system prematurely. 🟪 The rarely-used functionality that was responsible for sending emails has been removed, improving the overall security of Descartes Peoplevox. (1002710)
