Please note that you may experience a temporary drop in performance for up to five minutes during each of the following windows:

  • QAC - Mon 24 February 0700-0800 GMT

  • Live (EU) - Tue 25 February 0700-0800 GMT

  • Live (EU) - Wed 26 February 0700-0800 GMT

  • Live (EU) - Thu 27 February 0700-0800 GMT

  • Live (US) - Thu 27 February 0800-0900 GMT

  • Live (AP) - Thu 27 February 1200-1300 GMT

Release Type: Web App only (not PVX or PVX+)

Action: This update does NOT affect your Live system.


Live

Release Date and Time: Check your web application login screen which contains your release details.

Action:

(A) Web app release: You do not need to log out of the system and no other action is required by you as part of the web app release.

(B) Android release: Once we complete the Android release to Live, you will be prompted to update your Android application when you log in.

Please monitor your web app login page for any changes to your planned release window.
